Megan and I wanted to drop you a note thanking
you and Porlific for the terrific job done in the remodeling
of our kitchen. As you learned during the project, Megan and
I come from different perspectives, so the fact that we
couldn’t be happier both individually and collectively, was
quite an accomplishment for Prolific.
Megan was very pleased with the support and
guidance that prolific showed from the outset. From providing
ideas for finishes, to helping select the stone and
centerpiece to insuring it was all undamaged and installed
appropriately was a tremendous benefit to her during the
process. The minimization in time to complete the project, and
job cleanliness was also very important to her.
From my perspective, by making her happy, you
made my life easier throughout the project. I was doubtful
that the renovation could be done start to finish in two
weeks, but it was. There were no change orders, other than
what we requested through the job. We were impressed with the
entire process, stating with you on the sale and ending with
the punchlist. We were comfortable leaving your team in the
house. They were quality craftsmen in their specialties, and
willingly corrected anything we saw that we didn’t like.
Our experience with Prolific was beyond
expectations. We are very happy with the finished product.
As you know we plan a couple more renovations, and we’ll use
you again without hesitation. Should you ever have a prospect

Hi Jack,
This is a special thank-you to you and the
wonderful folks at Prolific Cabinetry who made my dreams of a
beautiful kitchen come true. I originally gave you a call
after spending a couple months working with two other
well-known kitchen designers who were so very slow to get me
estimates and to work with me on a design. When I did get
estimates, the contractor-portion of the estimates was
ridiculous. I saw your infomercial on TV and knew I had to
call you.
From there everything happened so fast. You
were the only designer who actually asked us what our budget
was and you offered so many solutions to our kitchen problems
that we hadn’t thought of nor had the prior designers. We
felt truly engaged with all the decision-making and we did not
feel pressured into doing things any certain way. My husband
and I sat with you in front of the computer and finished the
design of the kitchen and picked out most of the materials in
one weekend. Then you drove us over to the granite place and
we picked out our countertops. Your frequent contact with us
as well as daily updates from Craig the installation manager
were most appreciated.
One of my favorite things about the kitchen is
the backsplash and a special thank-you to Lizz for all her
help and ideas. Her enthusiasm is so contagious.
Over the course of the project there were
little changes that needed to be made here and there, as there
usually is with a project of this size, and your staff was
very proficient at finding the best solutions. Your crew is
very friendly and easy-to-do business with. My dogs are going
to miss all the activity too as they camped outside the
kitchen watching your team work.

Boy, life has been busy and I have
been writing this letter in my head for weeks..
I want to thank you and your staff
for all of the work you put into my recent renovation. Jeff,
especially, did an outstanding job. He was very careful with
everything he did and I appreciate that. He cleaned up after
himself. And, he is a very delightful man. I enjoyed his
company. He is to be commended. I am delighted that you sent
Kimball and Ray Plumbing to deal with my sink issues. I was
impressed with their professional and positive demeanor. The
"temporary fix" worked very well. When I asked Dustin how
much it would cost to adjust the pipes he estimated that it
would not be more than $200. It was less than $200. The
other plumber wanted $500 and then I would have had to have
the sheetrock repaired on the living room side, costing even
more. I scheduled them back to adjust the piping. Once again,
they did a great job, coupled with professionalism and a
positive demeanor. The crew replaced the panel they cut out
of the cabinet so I wouldn't have to deal with a hole in the
cabinet until I can seal it permanently. They closed up the
hole without my asking them to. They even cleaned up after
themselves. I am very happy with the way the
cabinets turned out. I love the granite and travertine.
